CRF250R 2010
A pure, race-bred heir to the many riches of the all-conquering CRF450R, the CRF250R is a commanding presence on Supercross and Motocross racetracks all around the world.
Benefiting directly from its big brother’s technologies and componentry, it’s renowned for its fast-revving and powerful 4-stroke engine and unique dual silencer exhaust system. This year it’s rearing to race again with even lighter weight (around 100g), smoother power, new razor-sharp styling and easier handling.
The impressive acceleration delivered by the CRF250R’s high-revving liquid-cooled 4-valve Unicam powerhouse is now smoother, with enhanced low to mid-range torque feel and effortless gear changes. The lightweight and rugged frame and chassis have been trimmed and optimised wherever possible for beautifully adept handling on tricky berms and high-flying jumps. Suspension settings have been refined and matched by new steering damper settings for superb control and traction on even the most punishing and least predictable surfaces.
Breathtaking feats of balance and agility, rocket-fuelled speed out of the corners and slick, assured proficiency are all specialities of this race-winning tool. If it’s a place on the podium you’re after, you can count on the CRF250R to get you there.
