6. Payments

If you purchase any goods or services which are offered on this website the following applies to online payments and refunds:-

• Honda MPE uses a third party payment gateway (the "gateway"), currently provided by our bank, to process payments and refunds.
• the instructions in the offer of the goods or services will lead you to the gateway.
• currently the gateway only accepts payments by credit card or debit card.
• online purchases are subject to a surcharge and will be applied to the total price at the gateway
• the gateway retains all confidential financial information (such as card details) in a secure environment subject to its own terms and conditions, and the gateway only provides to Honda MPE the fact of payment and the identity of the person who has paid.
• any refund which has to be made will be made through the gateway as a credit to the card from which the original payment was made.

7. Honda Motorcycles Promotion: How To Enter & Condition of Entry:

Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Entry is limited to all fans of Honda Motorcycles Facebook page: www.facebook.com/HondaMotorcyclesAustralia

To be eligible to receive the prize of a Honda CB125e motorcycle valued at $1,990 (MLRP), read the following: Entry into the competition can be made by becoming a fan of Honda Motorcycles Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/HondaMotorcyclesAustralia

Entry is automatic when you submit a photograph through the Honda Motorcycles Facebook Page competition tab, and when that photo is deemed suitable to be published on the Honda Motorcycles Facebook Page by Honda MPE. For a photo to be deemed a suitable submission, it must contain the entrant. No same photograph may be submitted more than once however one participant may enter more than once, each submission must be a different photograph.

As an entrant via the competition tab of the Honda Motorcycles Facebook Page your details (name, email, & contact number) have been submitted by you on this website.

By accepting entry into this competition via your name, email, & contact number, you are also opting into Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment marketing database and will receive offers and promotions. You may opt–out of this marketing database by following the instructions contained in any of the promotional emails you receive from Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment.

Every fan of www.facebook.com/HondaMotorcyclesAustralia who submits a story or photo that is published on the Honda Motorcycles Facebook Page between 09:00am February 06 and 23:59pm March 20, 2012 will go in the draw to win.

All entries will then be subject to public vote between 12.00am March 21 and 23:59pm March 29, 2012. The winner will be based on the number of public votes plus creativity as deemed by Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment. The winner will be announced at 12:00noon on March 30, 2012 by Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment.

There is one motorcycle to be given away. The give-away is final, not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The value of the Honda CB125e motorcycle is $1,990 Australian Dollars. The prize does not include registration costs, registration costs are covered by the winner. The prize does include pre-delivery and delivery. Honda Australia Motorcycles & Power Equipment will deliver to the winner Australia wide.

The winner of the CB125e motorcycle will be notified by Honda Australia Motorcycle and Power Equipment Pty Ltd, ABN: 96006662862, 1954-1956 Sydney Rd Campbellfield Vic 3061. The winner will be announced at 12.00noon on March 30, 2012.


Competition entries open February 06, 2012 at 09:00 AEST and close on March 20, 2012 at 23:59 AEST.



Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner.

The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of entries.

Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the personal information they submit with their entry – being entered into the Promoter’s marketing database to be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
